Standard shipping for bikes typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step guide in the box.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned after assembly.
How do I determine the right frame size for me?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for better stability.
Do you offer a warranty on bicycle frames?
Yes, all Delta Cycle frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
